Entirely. We do not publish client names, guest names or addresses, staff sign confidentiality terms, and arrival details are shared only with the people who need them. Senior executives and their families are handled personally.

Yes. We invoice the company directly, accept purchase orders, work to agreed payment terms and issue VAT receipts for every stay.
What is the minimum stay?
