Who we house
Our corporate clients are hedge funds and asset managers, investment and private banks, technology and consulting firms, and legal and energy practices. The arrivals range from graduate intakes and delivery teams to partners and senior executives bringing families ahead of a permanent move.
Most arrive from New York, Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai or continental Europe, often at short notice and always with strict expense and compliance rules attached.
- Analysts and portfolio managers arriving for a new mandate
- Secondments and senior transfers between international offices
- Engineering or delivery teams placed together for a programme
- Executives whose families follow once schooling is settled
Why prime boroughs, and why discretion
Kensington, Chelsea and Westminster remain the default for senior arrivals: walkable to Mayfair and the City, strong international schooling, and quiet residential streets. For delivery teams we look at wider London where the commute and the budget both work.
Discretion is not a nice-to-have in this market. We do not publish client names, guest names or addresses. Arrival details are shared only with the people who need them, and our team works to confidentiality terms.
Scale without fragmentation
Moving twelve people is not twelve separate bookings. We hold multiple residences in one area — often the same building — coordinate check-ins across a single week and consolidate everything onto one statement for the cohort.
That means one contact for your mobility team, one invoice per period, and no chasing separate landlords when a start date shifts.
Procurement, invoicing and compliance
We invoice the company directly, accept purchase orders, work to agreed payment terms and issue VAT receipts for every stay. Every guest is identity and employment checked, and every residence is compliant on gas, electrical, EPC and fire safety before anyone arrives.
What owners should take from this
This demand is exactly why a well-presented managed residence outperforms a standard tenancy. Corporate and relocation guests book longer, treat homes carefully and are contractually accountable through their employer.
If you own a property in a strong location, that is the demand your home would be let into.
